A hot weekend didn’t put off the thousands of visitors to the 2019 Australian International Airshow at Avalon. Popular aircraft on static display and in the air included the B-52 Stratofortruss C-17A Globemaster F-22A Raptor C-130H (NZ) Hercules, F-35A Joint Strike Fighter and the F/A-18 Hornet and Super Hornets. Friday nights display saw a simulated bomb drop, a spectacular laser light show, a huge fireworks display as well as the ever popular wall of fire.
