BMW Welt and Museum

This place is stunning, a huge modern concrete and glass building stuck in the Olympic Parkland. One side houses the new models, BMW, Mini and Rolls and its used as a test drive or pickup place, like a dealership cross with a theme park, while the other is a BMW museum which is stunning.

Underground Beer Tunnels

Nuremberg has miles of tunnels under the city which were built centuries ago to store beer. The later served as bomb shelters. We went on what was a bit of creepy tour of them finished off with some very tasty famous red beers.

During the 30’s Hitler had a huge parade ground built in the city for his rallies. Today it is in ruins but still an imposing structure and you can stand in the exact spot he addressed the 400,000 strong crowds.

The Nuremburger sausage

The signature dish here are the famous sausages, They are only as big as your fingers and served in 6 or more. We find one of the most famous sausage houses that dates back centuries. The building was amazing and so were the sausages.
