We picked up our new Ford Fiesta and headed off east to Nuremberg in a journey that took about 2 1/2 hours. The roads were a bit slow, most of the highways were 120 and 130 kms, plenty of road works and the trucks which are speed limited to 80 and there are just so many of them, although they stick to the right lane. In some places they were like a train, 100’s of trucks one after another.
Things are a bit damp today so we settle into the hotel then go check out the city.
