We planned to have two nights in Williams because Thursday we had a train ride booked to the Grand Canyon, but the Government put a end to that and wouldn’t let anyone in the park due to the Government Shutdown. This is the first time we have had any issues. We decided to cancel the second night accom and move on towards Vegas a bit slower than planned. The weather when we arrived was a beautiful sunny 22 ish but come morning we had the first show of the season. There was 2 or more inches and we got caught in a snow storm while driving,, a weird experience for someone who has never been anywhere where its snowing, pull over in the carpark and wait for it to ease. It wasn’t cold and the afternoon became sunny and not to bad.
