There’s certainly plenty of eye candy on the roads, here are a few treats we have just seen.

I’ll order the third stomach and the rectum

We found a great bbq place for a bite to eat in Hiroshima, but there were too many tasty choices. Some of the more interesting things on the menu included young female pig’s womb (hoping it was a female), cattle’s main artery, cattle face, pigs gullet and sassorted vegetables, – not sure what sassorted is but i’m scared.

Vending Machine Cafe

These are our favorite way of dining in Japan. You simply choose the item you want from the picture, press the button and put in your cash. Out comes a receipt and your change. You sit down, hand the receipt to the cook and presto your meal arrives in not time. There are lots of these places around doing curries, noodles and other quick meals. Very tasty and super cheap. You can get a beer, salad, and curry with rice for around $10- very hard to beat.

How to use the bathroom

The hotel has some very handy tips on how to enjoy our stay.. I think I will go hire some bathers then go to the first floor for sorts of alcohol and juice before being dondled with Takkyubin at front desk.

World’s smallest bar

We found what would have to be the world’s smallest bar and stopped for a few pints of Calsberg. The waitress didn’t fit in the establishment once us two gentlemen sat down. There was only room for two.

Love shack baby

There are heaps of love hotels close to our hotel (no we are not staying in love hotel by the way) You can hire the love hotels by the hour and many of them are themed in a wide array of styles from bondage to Hello Kitty. They offer the perfect place for a ‘rest’, something you cant do very easily at home with the extended family.

Miraikan

Miraikan or The National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation is on Odabia and has a heap of great stuff to see. One favorite was the robots there were several wonderful examples including Honda’s very clever Humanoid Robot ASIMO
