We cruised down the Interstate 405 in our lovely Chrysler Charger to our first destination San Diego. We soon remembered how fast the freeway ran and how hideously big some of the SUVs and pickups were. The trip took about an hour and a half. It’s much warmer and brighter than the last few weeks in Geelong and there’s none of that bloody wind.
