2014 Queenscliff Music Festival

The Queenscliff Music Festival returns to the seaside village on the 28th through to the 30th of November in what promises to be the biggest and best festival yet.

This year the line-up is very impressive with names such as The Church, The Waifs, Xavier Rudd, The Jezabells , Dan Sultan and Hiatus Kaiyote only a few of the amazing acts that will be performing over the weekend.

The 2014 festival marks the 18th Queenscliff Music Festival that started in very humble circumstances back in 1997. Over the years the festival has become one of the most popular and most renowned in Australia and has even won an Australian Tourism award for the Most Significant Festival and Event. The event always held on the last weekend of November and swells the township of Queenscliff and much of the Bellarine Peninsula attracting thousands to visitors to our region.

Over 500 volunteers and a dedicated team of organisers help make this festival a great weekend of music, food, fun and celebration. The township of Queenscliff comes alive with the festival, buskers, markets and special sales take over the streets. There is always a great festive vibe during the festival weekend.

Over the years the festival has featured the cream of Australian music and even some well-known international acts including, Billy Thorpe, David Helfgott, Paul Kelly, The Cruel Sea, Jimmy Little, The Whitlams, Colin Hay, John Williamson, The Living End and Spiderbait.
