Ocean Grove Apple Festival
Ocean Grove Primary School are hosting their annual Apple Fair on the school grounds in what will be a great start to the Labor Day weekend. The evening kicks off at 4:30 PM and will include heaps of family fun with carnival rides, auctions, music, food and some wonderful Bellarine Peninsula wine.

Movies in the Park
The Ocean Grove Park is holding a fantastic Movies in the Park Night and best of all its free. The film is Chasing Mavericks a surfing film staring Gerard Butler and Jonny Weston. There will be popcorn, food and drinks all you need is a rug or a deckchair. The fun starts at 7:00 PM.

Leo Sayer Live
Legendary British performer Leo Sayer will be bringing his Restless Years Tour to Geelong in a night at the Playhouse in GPAC. Leo was one of the biggest pop stars of the 1970’s with a string of huge international hits including “You Make Me Feel Like Dancing”, “when I Need You” and “More Than I can Say” Leo become a household name in Australia by being a regular guest on Countdown hosting many shows in the heyday of the hit ABC program, he has also been a guest on the Muppet Show where he sang three of his biggest hits.

Chrylsers by the Bay
The Geelong Grammar School’s lush grounds will be hosting a massive display of all things Chrysler when the Chrysler’s by the bay Show returns for another great year. This show supports Queenscliff’s Cottage by the Sea and always features an amazing collection of automobiles with plenty of huge fins, large chrome bumpers and showy style. The day kicks off at 8:00 PM and will run through until about 2:00 PM with a gold coin entry for visitors.

Motor City Music Festival
After the huge success of last year the Motor Music Music Festival is returning to the Geelong Showgrounds for 2015 on the March long weekend. This year’s line up is amazing with three days of fun. There are five stages with great line ups with Friday being a rocking roots night and featuring The Black Sorrows and Chris Wilson just to name two of the acts. Saturday is the blues and roots night and Sunday will see some great tribute bands including Inxsive, Shed Zepplin, and the Cash Carter Walk the Line Show.

Bellarine Agricultural Show
The Bellarine Show is back for 2015 in what should be a fantastic way to celebrate the Labour Day Long Weekend. Held on the Sunday the show will feature so much fun for the whole family including a wide range of animals, produce, handcrafts, vintage machinery and the always popular dog jumping competition. The show is held on the Portarlington Recreation Reserve that can be found just to the west of the township.

MG Show and Shine
The annual MG Show and shine will take place on the lush lawns of Steampacket Gardens and will feature dozens of beautiful MG Vehicles and several other specialty exotics.

Birregurra Autumn Harvest Market
The tranquil Birregurra Park will be a hive of activity when the Birrregurra Autumn Harvest Market brings some of the region’s finest produce, plants and flowers to its grounds in a wonderful day. The market starts at 9:00 AM and runs through until 2:00 PM and will aid the Birregurra CFA.
