The Geelong Street Rodders are once again presenting the Queenscliff Rod Run to be held on the weekend of the 3rd to 5th of February.
The 2017 event will conclude with a huge show and shine on the shady parkland of Queenscliff’s Princess Park where hundreds of amazing vehicles will be on display in all their glory making it one of the premier automotive display on the Geelong region calendar.
The day will also see live music, food and several trade stalls selling a great range of automotive themed items.
In the lead up to the Sunday event there will be two days of events including a sausage sizzle on the Friday night and day cruise on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula followed by night cruise through the historic streets of Queenscliff on the Saturday night. The Saturday night event has brought a lot of visitors to Queensliff in recent years to see the specale of magnificent vehicles with Queenslciff’s magnificent Victorian architecture as a backdrop.
The Geelong Street Rodders have been holding the annual weekend for since 1998, and has raised thousands of dollars for charities supporting many worthy causes around the Geelong and wider region. The 2017 event will be used to support the Barwon Valley School, Anam Cara House and the Parkinson’s support Group of Geelong.
