Geelong’s leading travel specialists, Geelong Travel are once again hosting one of their very popular Travel & Cruise expos at the Novotel Hotel on Geelong’s waterfront between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Sunday the 4th of February. The day will see over 30 travel talks spread over four theatres and a huge exhibition featuring all the big names in travel including APT, Scenic, Trafalgar, Celebrity, P&O and more. Hundreds of incredible hotrods and other magnificent vehicles will be on display in Queenscliff’s Recreation Reserve as part of the annual Queenscliff Rod Run presented by the Geelong Street Rodders.  The huge show and shine will display vehicles from all eras of motoring up to 1977 when the chrome bumper vanished of vehicles including cars, coupes, utes  and pickups.  See Our Gallery

Nightjar Festival

The popular Nightjar Festival will return to the brand new look Johnstone Park on Friday the 2nd of February for its 2018 season. This great festival features art, music, food and market stalls and is one of the highlights of Geelong’s summer calendar. The festival starts at 4:00 PM and runs through until 10:00 PM and this week features Hey Mammoth, Miles Recommends and The Drunken Poachers just to name a few of the great acts.

Flying Brick Bellarine Sunset Run
Saturday February 3rd 2018

Saturday the 3rd of February will see the third Flying Brick Bellarine Sunset Run take place attracting around 1200 participants. There are three courses ranging from the 21.8 KM half marathon that takes in return run between Portarlington and the beautiful Bellarine Coastal Trail to Indented Head. A one way 10 KM course and a shorter 4 KM walk This event raises funds for Bellarine Community Health Youth Services. For more info http://www.bellarinesunsetrun.com
