The day attracts thousands of visitors to the grassy parkland to enjoy a host of free activities and celebrate our national day. Organised by the Lions Club of Corio Bay and the Geelong Australia Day Committee the parkland will be set up with over 40 free attractions. There will be jumping castles, animal farms and petting zoos, face painting, giant slides, rides and even pony rides.

The day will have several great displays including our local scouts, our emergency services and even military re-enactments. There will also be a collection of classic vehicles and a International Harvester machinery on display.
There is day long entertainment, with roaming performers and special performances from the main stage.Be sure to catch the official opening ceremony starting at 1:00 PM that features a parade, band and an introduction from the town crier before the flag raising and singing of the national anthem.
